Yam Yam!

I decided to have a lazy,no recipe-book dinner today.

So I sliced up some firm tofu and fried it for a few minutes per side, then seared each side and glazed it in orange grilling glaze barbecue sauce. Meanwhile I had 3 thick yam slices in the microwave. I sandwiched the yams and tofu and ta-dah dinner for one! I don't know if this is appealing for anyone else in the world, but for me it really hit the spot.

  Cut up small they could potentially make cute appetizers too.
