Simple Vermicelli Noodles with Veggies and Soya Sauce

Immerse noodles in hot water for 3 minutes, add soy sauce and veggies, done!
I used raw veggies in this, out of laziness and I felt like some extra crunch. I don't mind them being cold against the hot noodles.
