It's not so bad! Before my prom I was wondering what the catering company would do about my meal but the result was quite good.
We had a four course meal and I didn't feel like I was missing out on too much. I had bread rolls, salad with balsamic vinaigrette, pasta with tomato sauce, stir fry and fresh fruit for dessert. I had no envy for the non-vegan desert eaters because I was so stuffed by dinner I couldn't have eaten a heavy dessert anyhow!
