I don't think I've ever had fried chicken before be it vegan or real chicken. If I did, it wasn't very memorable. I decided to make some today because it was sunny out. I'm glad I did!
Next time, less salt, more paprika. I used pre-made fake chicken rather than making it with gluten.It worked out well. Crispy deliciousness.
PS* the next day my friends and I made this together because I had some of the flour mix leftover. Instead of vegan milk we used BBQ sauce and it was delicious.
