Vegan Bakesale for World Wide Vegan Bakesale Week

A quick update because I'm sleepy.

It was such a success! We raised over $500 for a local animal sanctuary, and met lots of wonderful people.
Part of my spread for the bakesale. Shown here are gingersnaps, lemon scones, chocolate chip scones, garlic sticks, mango-coconut muffins, and vanilla cupcakes (waiting to be iced) after came the gluten free oatmeal raisin cookies!

    The scones are still my winners :) but the garlic sticks are really nice for how easy they are! I just took a pizza dough recipe and roughly followed it but substituted the salt for garlic salt, mixed in some roasted garlic and added some parley on the outside of the sticks.
