Sweet Whole Wheat Crepes!

So I fooled around with a improv crepe recipe this morning and it turned out pretty well! I wanted to make some quick, easy crepes, no overnight stuff. I used oatmeal milk, wheat germ and flax seeds to get the desired texture and consistency. I'll post the full recipe once I perfect it.

I topped them with cinnamon sugar and icing sugar, rolled them up and drizzled them with maple syrup. Yum! I filled the tiny last one with chocolate soy ice cream for an extra sweet treat.
